Explore the charming outdoor sanctuary where three main areas beckon with their unique allure. The fitness ground, communal area, and pet-friendly spot are thoughtfully equipped with inviting seating arrangements. Moreover, the lush green space serves a functional purpose as a small park with bicycle parking, perfect for picnics and moments of relaxation. Immerse yourself in this harmonious blend of nature and comfort, where every corner offers a unique experience to cherish.
Step into the rainwater catchment wonderland, where five distinct catchments, four spanning a width of 3 meters and one grander at 5 meters wide. In January, Jakarta's wettest month, a remarkable 13,893.9 liters of rainwater can be collected from the abundant 290mm rainfall. On the other hand, the more modest showers of August, with 48mm of rainfall, still yield an admirable 2,299.6 liters. Witness the harmonious blend of nature's bounty and human ingenuity as we embrace each precious drop to build a sustainable and water-wise future for all.
