Before the design process, i conducted and executed one-on-one research about how guests travel, what do they need, what do they suffer while planning a trip in 2016. With the outputs, i designed the wireframes with absolute clear navigation and a user forgiving style. 

After designing the wireframes based on the outputs, i have conducted and executed more user tests on interface both on mobile and desktop platforms. I transferred these new findings to my visual designer, that has designed a beautiful output for our users.
