This report was a fun challenge because I was instructed to create an annual report that diverge heavily from the traditional offerings of the company. The client requested the report be fun and engaging for their membership, and it was eventually included in an email that was sent out to all their members, not just board members and sponsors.
Previous annual reports has been very unnecessarily. text heavy, which put a lot of strain on individual departments within the non-profit to write about their accomplishments from the past year at the level expected from the Council. The use of a infographic heavy design let departments highlight their accomplishments in a concise manner and allowed the presence of more photographs than years prior.
The design also cut down significantly on the number of pages within the finished product, which lower printing costs.
