This Hotel resort was offered like concept project. Thisi is only example of jewerly architecture.

This 3d visualization airview has been made for resort claster in Spain. Close to the sand of sunny beach the bungalos in form of pearl necklace arranged. And the central office looks like a wedding ring! An exclusive architecture with two restaurants in asian style and modern way of master planning. All these aspects are included in this concept.

We needed much things to realize to build main concept for Torreblanca Resorts. We needed to understand as high level of comfort as the answer on the question - what is elite, chic and what are the general imagery and styles and special associative order may dominate.
 
There are a lot of different excluseve brands and goods - from perfume to jewerly and gadgets.
How may we feel the trends? How we could find main spark which will fire fireworks in fame of appearing of this glamour oasis? And we need to notice that glamour as the word is more erotic than sharm or chic. What can be more important of these conceptions and how to offset them?
 
The art is. The beauty will safe the world! And we understand squeezing of the art here. Most of all who underatands what for he pays when he buy branded good wants excluseve and individuality too. So an excluseve stylish is more important notion than glamour.
 
Jewerly goods! The art is everywhere in this world! In every necklace, ring and clips we see the art and creative!
Jewerly production is not so close associated with erotic but points in elite elegance and individuality of a person.
 
We do sports and we do our work good and we have good rest. We want to be beautiful looking good and see everything is beautiful and interesting around. And may be it's not a point if we don't prefer jewerly but for the concept of this resort it's more important the potential of creativity enclosed to a holder and even more transfered to architecture!
 
The good architecture looks like a masterpiece!
 
So the main target of detailing of this concept is more difficult than creative. The concept may change and every object needs good background of specialist to make it pretended on masterpiece.
 
In this project we integrated several types of jewerly association - a necklace, a ring, clips and art-objects.
Here is an annotation to this project:
 
Suddenly her necklace fallen down on the sand of Peniscola region accidental while she was running her joggin on the beach in the morning. She didn't even notice it, because she was listening for the music in her i-pod for 800 euro. The true is in that it doesn't matter because her husband will buy one more or another for her depending of her caprice.
 
The main chain of necklace is build from low-rise sectioned villas. Every villa has much more space for fell yourself independent - there is a swimming pool for freshen you up. Along the chain there are either titanic or pearl spheric villas 2-3 stages gabarits with a swimming pool on the roof - they are bigger to the center and smaller out. This is absolute futuristic and cosmic architecture design in minimal+minimalizm style. It is elite in the flesh where the furniture is so chic that only electee may allow themselfs. It is good habit for the best and some people allready have.
 
The most interesting thing waits us in the center of the necklace. It is jewel - or course it can be just a diamond, but she has diamonds in sections of necklace. The precious stone must be vivid for attraction - the red on, ruby! Or saphire at least. The thing is not only the stone is framed with gold but there are two half-circle elements around it. These elements of architecture are directed to the sea in form of amphitheatres. Red bull spilled out all his energy in center of this corrida.
 
We have main office in the center - it is equidistant froma all other main places of Torreblanca Resorts.
It is a place for the first registration and first impression place too. Here you may immediately plunge into on of the central swimming pools or drink something in one of the water-bars. There are the most elite numbers on the top and the most expensive restaurant with conference hall.
 
 
A coatal crab runed about along necklace. Touchnig it in two gold points on the sides out of rubin with its claw and trying to understand what is it.
In the result the form of necklace was add with two like central zones with restaurants cheaper a bit but concentrating people where you may introduce with somebody or just spend your time very nice. The crab moved up its claws and ran faraway. It left a path along necklace.
 
Main road for this territory is organized optimal, because it gives much area of it for the golf fields and sport zone. Really the road goes far from a beach for not to disturb the people resting there. And it doesn't go along the edge of the territory for you could reach everyplace at once. There are two chinese restaurants closer to main enter from one side and central office from another. The road pierces the ring like a string of necklace and goes on to residental area and main pedestiran street which is full filled with different bars, restaurants and with so important market places of elite goods. You may discover here the most famouse brands sometimes with discount. Sometimes you can find here masterpiece with really big price.
 
Every section of pedestrian street is something between box or diamond. They are in 3rd floor and nearly to fall down on our jeweller and the rubin manages to keep them. Every night every rubin lights with different colours. Sometimes "son et lumière" covers all streen - it means happy hour. Such a Disney land for adults!
 
The central area is surrounded with elite real estate for trade and residental settlements. It can be 13 floor with form of amphitheatre for good observe of sea and beach landscape. It can be as sectional as simple or with unique facades design. That's very important to pay attention in full project.
 
 
Here the running of our character finished and she runs up to the west part of Torreblanca Resorts to enter in her rented contemporary villa for have a shower, eat croissant, drink juice and relax a little bit in swimming pool or tan in lounge. After couple hours her elite mobile with strasses give a light ring that mens it's time to play golf or tennis before a dinner.
 
The relief organization is a difficult specific task. Artificial rocks with some caves could appear here. More than that metallic construcions may appear like bridges or towers. Perhaps somewhere we will see a gentle hit for exclusive there or the ball would be golden.
But when you play there everything you feel is a nature.
