About land plot : The project also aims to create a multi-use high rise building. The land is of very high land value overlooking the Mediterranean Sea.
The Mixed-use towers try to solve the incensement in mixing between multi- functions needs; striking a balance between the desire for cultural presence - scarcity of lands and creating a business iconic image, aiming to represent the technological and sustainable advances of the city in a modern architecture typology.
