Leading a Team of 5 Designers creating and developing Accessibility Toolbar from scratch. There were different stages in this project:
- Accessibility research phase - were we collect all kind of information about accessibility in web, meet with international standarts;

- Accessibility audit of current design system and overall interface. We tested it using different approaches;

- Surveys and interviews - we made a lot of surveys and interviews to specified needs of users according to they impairments;

- accessibility guidelines - a guidelines for designers and developers were made to help to build more accessible ui, as well as this material can be used to newbies to help them to understand what is web accessibility
