In working with STN Digital, I worked on many graphics for the Green Bay Packers for the 2021 season. These ranged from templates to use through out the season, style frames to be turned into motion graphics, as well as one-off graphics.

The seasonal branding guide provided to me showcased blocky typefaces, slanted line patterns, triangle frame shapes, as well as specific paper textures. Most of the design choices beyond that were for me to interpret.

These are “Big Play” graphics I created for the Packers to post when something “huge” happens in a game. This varied from field goals to fumble recoveries. I had to keep in mind that these designs would be passed off to a motion designer and could only incorporate text along with the design elements from the Packers 2021 season branding. These were a fun challenge to make these all different, while using the same elements, and allowing for them to be easily edited to add motion.

In order to differentiate the regular season graphics from the playoffs, we leaned into the frozen tundra that is Green Bay once winter is in full force. In order to do that, we added frost textures and well as icicles and snow to the existing templates to winterize them for the playoffs.
