The conceptual idea of the business center located in UNIT.city is to create an environment that will concentrate companies, startups, professionals, and promising individuals; an environment that will provide conditions for the emergence and development of various types of businesses; an environment that will combine technological achievements and citizens around innovative ideas; an environment that will inspire growth and progress.

Концептуальна ідея бізнес-центру, розміщеного в UNIT.city, полягає у створенні середовища, яке буде концентрувати в собі компанії, стартапи, фахівців та перспективних людей; середовища, в якому будуть умови для виникнення та розвитку різних видів бізнесу; середовища, яке буде поєднувати технологічні досягнення та громадян навколо інноваційних ідей; середовища, яке буде надихати розвиватись та рухатись вперед.
The architectural and spatial solution is based on the concept of rectangular parallelepipeds that overlap. Different sizes of building parts create consoles, which clearly demonstrate that such a constructive solution can be achieved using metal structures. Adherence to proper geometric forms is associated with creating a proposal that harmoniously integrates into the surrounding environment of neighboring buildings

В архітектурно-просторове вирішення закладена концепція прямокутних паралелепіпедів, що накладаються. Завдяки різним габаритам частин будівлі утворюються консолі, які дають чітко зрозуміти, що такого конструктивного рішення можна досягнути з використанням металевих конструкцій. Дотримання правильних геометричних форм пов’язано з створенням пропозиції, яка гармонійно інтегрується в навколишнє середовище сусідньої забудови.
