Since 2019, I started to participate in AEC projects implementing BIM methodology throughout different project phases. From facade automated and data-driven models to Data Centers and telecommunication infrastructure, I have been part of great and talented teams delivering high-quality and enriched models accomplishing client expectations, on-time schedules, and delivering insight and valuable tools.
Project: Santafe Foundation Clinic, healthcare center.
Client: Coordinark SAS, Facade Consultant Subcontractor.

BIM Service: Facade modeling, coordination with the design team, modulation and optimization.
Description: The goal of this project was to deliver an automated model, for the Facade consultant to undertake the facade specification and execution project serving as a baseline model for the project development. The model was constructed following certain technical and formal criteria provided by the architects and the facade consultant, which allow me to accomplish a high-level detailed model that could help with evaluations and technical decisions. The model also delivered the final modulation plans and valuable data for quantities and take-offs.

BIM Service: BIM for Facility Management and Implementation.
Description: A project led by ENG company. The project had two main phases. The first one was fixing the models and setting them up for Facility Management purposes. After the models and data were collected, organized, and categorized, we developed an integration of the model and data through a cloud-based application called YouBIM, where the client can manage, track, and visualize their more valuable assets and building systems.

BIM Service: Network cabling modeling and coordination for data centers and telecom.
Description: Since the beginning of 2022 I started collaborating on this project where ENG supplies BIM Models for the Meta engineering department, about the Data Centers Cabling Network that are being under development. In my role as a modeler, I made use of in-house tools developed exclusively for this service. We model all the conduit runs needed into each Data Center according to specific Patch Routes that the engineers require us to follow. We coordinate that conduit runs are all completed and well routed and finally deliver runs lengths and plans documentation for installation on-site.

BIM Service: MEP Modeling and Coordination.
Description: In this project, the ENG team is meant to deliver a coordinated model of Mechanical, Mech-Pipes, electrical, and plumbing systems from a renovation project in an existing building. The scopes arranged with the client are modeling, meeting coordination with the other disciplines and within the trades commissioned to us, model fixing, and documentation of the systems for construction issues.
