Objective: Studying the system of an ongoing building construction, finding the stakeholders and gaps in the system.

Process Followed: We consistently talked to the land owners about all the processes from purchasing the land to the completion of the commercial building and mapped a system chart for how the variables rely on each other. Then working through variable dependency, we captured feedback loops. Analyzing the system in the process we found out the gaps in the system and proposed possible solutions on the basis of the three pillars.
