Denny's has been America's diner for 70 years now, and one of my favorite places to eat & hang for most of my life. In fact, there's this one in downtown San Antonio that I've always enjoyed. 

So it was a great delicious pleasure to get to work on spots for three of their limited time items: The Shortberry Dreamcakes (THIS SHOULD HAVE STAYED ON THE MENU) The Brisk-It-All Melt (This one eventually made it on the permanent menu) and the So Pumped-kin Pancakes (Which I hope will return every autumn).
