Single family House
This house was designed for a four member family and covers a total of 180sq.m..
The brief also called for an independent work space on the basement and a roof garden with a unique
mountain view.
The important was to take the advantage of a small terasse and the beautiful view.
The main concept was to separate the house in two functional zones: the zone of the social life of the family and the daily life and the rest zone.
The novelty of the all concept was that we decided to place the living room, the kitcen and a large dinning room in the second floor with a direct entrance froom the ground through an elevatore so to create a
pleasant enviroment with big verantas where they can join the magnificent view with family and friends.
The first floor works independenty with its own entrance while the master bedroom is independent of the childrens’ rooms,a bathroom and a private bathroom in the bedroom of the parents, a laundry and a lot of
storage spaces.
The roof garden is an extra for the summer mounths where they have a small kitchen and a barbeque.
