It was born from a three days workshop in the Foundation of the architect and designer Giovanni Michelucci in Fiesole (FI). During this full immersion in his home-studio-museum, I could study Michelucci’s furniture closely, searching for common traits with the modern business.
The stunning view that every evening was enriched by red sunsets, really inspired me. The peculiarity of this sideboard lies in the superficial part, which is characterized by a depression that acts as a fruit bowl or empty- pockets and that represents the city of Florence seen from the Michelucci Foundation.
A tribute to the city and my Florentine period.
