The history of the place, the proximity of architectural heritage sites and the shape of the site set their own tone for the formation of the three-dimensional appearance of a residential building. The location of the site within the quarter makes it possible to create your own unique history, not only complementing the diversity of the city center, but also able to increase the value of the historical environment.
   The volume is formed from several modules that visually make up a single composition, interconnected by a glass gallery and a common courtyard-atrium. Each module is unique, variable height and different window sizes give dynamics to facades. The step between the modules visually lightens the volume, due to this technique, the light transmission increases, a fascinating play of chiaroscuro appears. One of the features of the project is how the extraordinary facade of the building is perceived differently from any point in space. Due to the perimeter arrangement of the modules inside, a chamber space is created that unites the inhabitants of the house. Here, the rhythm and dimension of the city seems to change. The vanity, the noise of the streets gives way to calm, contemplation and peace.
