Pinterest Post Designs
One of the members of the WALTER sales team wanted to revive the magazine’s Pinterest, and gave me full control over deciding how the pins would be designed.
I based the design primarily on existing branding. I used the WALTER color, logos, and typeface to keep the design consistent with the rest of the media they produced. I wanted the image to be the most eye-catch- ing part of the design because that is what would attract viewers attention the most to the pin. I kept the layout minimal with a transparent WALTER red background to make the article name pop without taking away from the image. The design was minimal enough that it could be used with many different images.
