You can view the existing applicants at a glace using this menu.

The applicant list. Note the right-most two columns. One of which denotes whether he/she is selcted already or not. The delete column accepts multiple applicant selection to delete them.

Start lottery by selecting this top navbar menu. Use appropriate version of schooling, currently supports two version.

A test lottery draw. It shows detailed information so that there is no ambiguity. This interface is made with large headings and images to make it perfect for public viewing through projector or such media.

As long as the vacancy is not filled, the Queue will evalute to "Main". 

As soon as main vacancy quota is over, it switches over to "Stand By" (limit set for waiting list is applied).

Once all vacancy including waiting queue is filled up, a notification is shown to view result.

Result can be accessed anytime using this menu.

A comprehensive list including picture of the applicant is shown on the screen.

For printing the selected list, a simplified layout is used. This list can be used to publish result.

After lottery is commenced, at any moment "View Applicants" menu can be accesed. At such time selected candidates will be shown on top with green.

Delete multiple applicants at a time.

Search applicants by name or roll number. Delete any applicant if you need.

This option is specially designed for supervisers. A superviser can inspect how many entries were made in a particular date. All entries can be viewed one-by-one using "Next" and "Previous" button and checked thoroughly for any mistakes.

This admin screen is given to make the webapp ready for next operation. Deleting results clears the previous data and makes the database empty.
