Development of ALMATAR lake (Al-Nozha District*) to be one of the most important sports Olympic nodes, re-connection of the community in-site & creation of entertainment & services facilities inside the site in social, commercial & health aspects.
*Al-Nozha District is one of the main districts in Alexandria, Egypt.
After ALNOZHA airport development, Alexandria will be a massive touristic attraction region and will have an incredible effect for the whole world. Alexandria will be a sustainable, recreational and economical touristic Olympic sports spot which attracts all people not only in EGYPT but also in the whole world to enjoy this magnificent weather of the city and its recreational natural resources which are the main aim of the project. This development will decrease people accumulation in the downtown and city centres.
Connection between site nodes by pedestrian recreational walkways as the majority and green corridors between the site residential blocks & achievement for sustainability principles.
