Kelley School Social Media Strategy
I have been the Social Media Manager at the Indiana University Kelley School of Business since September of 2016. During that time I have taken the social media strategy of the school from a transactional, info dumping content strategy to the robust and innovative storytelling vehicle it is today.

The Kelley School social media strategy I developed led to an increase of over 500% in engagement across the school’s social channels. We have had a growth of over 1000% in our Instagram engagements alone. I've worked in several sectors and I've always made it my priority to get to know and to advocate for our social audiences. The social strategy is human focused. And tells the stories of our students, faculty, staff, and alumni.
Kelley Startup Week 2018
For Kelley Startup Week in 2018, I wanted to tell the story of the students who come together to welcome their new classmates to Kelley and start to build community from day one. It was an opportunity to make students feel at home right from their first moments on campus and to give parents the peace of mind that their kids would be okay away from home for the first time. The 2018 Startup campaign won the National Federation of Press Women's 2019 National Communications Contest: Social Media Campaign - Nonprofit, Government, Educational as well as the Woman's Press Club of Indiana communications contest.
Instagram Takeovers
For the past few years we have expanded our storytelling with firsthand accounts from students and alumni who create Instagram Takeovers. They give a day in the life of what it is like being a Kelley or share how their Kelley degree is now helping them in their careers after graduation.
