Studio Pavillion Project

This is the final prototype of the pavillion
The main idea and magic for this project was to allow people on the pavillion to
"Putting the mind out of everyday distractions and immersing into the nature"
having a place where people can just rest and take a break from their stressful and busy lives.
My final prototype model is mainly constructed with stainless steel cables and thick clear plastic sheets which when construted in its scaled up size would be constructed in aluminium beams and glass panels respectively.
Upon completion of the final prototype model, i did some hand drawn perspective, elevation, section and plan drawings for one to better visualise and get a clearer understanding of the pavillion. These drawings also help in allowing poeple to know the size of the pavillion by comparing it the human figures which where also added into the drawings.
I managed to
1. Perceive Architecture as an interface between body and the environment
2. Create Architecture as interfaces for how we live and operate on a site
3. Design Architecture that can heightened sensitivities to the environment while allowing for a specific operation or activity concurrently.
4. Showcaase craftmanship and the fundamentals of constructing/making.
