하얀 오리가 날아와 앉아있던 물이라 하여 ‘올리수’라 불리는 제주도 수망리 마을의 하천은 물의 양이 무척 많고 맑아 마을 사람들은 식수 걱정을 하지 않았다고 합니다.

올리수라는 상호가 담고 있는 위 이야기를 시작으로, 비버랩은 물의 생명력이 닿은 자연의 모습을 공간 속에 표현하고자 하였습니다.

하천 아래의 물속을 표현한 건물 지하는 모노톤의 컬러들로 공간을 감싸며 은은한 간접 조명과 인공 습지 조경들로 공간을 연출하였습니다. 비버랩만의 특허 공법으로 제작한 테라스의 거친 암벽은 이 공간의 가장 멋진 클라이맥스가 되어 고객들을 안내합니다.

물 위를 표현한 건물 2층은 따뜻한 햇살을 머금은듯한 아이보리 컬러들을 사용하였습니다. 물의 생명력이 느껴지는 창문 위 웨이브 패널은 햇빛을 만나면 마치 물 위의 반짝이는 빛과 같은 멋진 선물로 공간을 채워줍니다.

푸르른 조경들과 무늬목을 가구 마감에 사용하여 자연스러운 공간을 연출하였습니다.

낮은 천장에 즐비해 있던 건물 배관들을 가리기 위해 지하에 사용하였던 특허 공법을 2층 공간에도 활용하여 자연의 리듬감을 표현하였습니다.

로고 디자인은 물의 생명력을 표현하는 원형, 물 위에 앉아 일출을 바라보는 오리의 옆 모습을 간결하고 부드러운 라인으로 표현하였습니다. 일출의 해를 표현한 노란 원형은 올리수의 떠오르는 밝은 미래를 담은 희망적인 의미를 담았습니다. 물의 리듬이 느껴지는 서체를 선정하여 심볼과 함께 디자인했습니다.

맑은 물 위 환하게 빛나는 빛을 표현한 건물 입구의 아크릴 사이니지와 물이 빛을 머금은듯한 아스텔 소재에 물결 무늬를 가공하여 현판을 제작하는 등 사이니지 제작물들에도 로고와 함께 물이 담긴 올리수만의 이야기를 담아 표현하였습니다.

Beginning with this story, Beaver Lab expressed the vitality of water in this space.

The basement of the building, which expresses water under the river, is surrounded by monotone colors, and space is created with minimal lighting and artificial wetland landscaping. The rough rock wall of the terrace made by Beaver Lab's patented technology is the climax of this space.

The second floor of the building, which represents the top of the water, uses the ivory color that looks like warm sunlight. The wave panel on the ceiling of the window, which can feel the vitality of water, fills the space beautifully like a sparkling light on the water when it meets sunlight.

Great landscaping and wood furniture finishes were used to make the space feel more natural.

Beaver Lab's patented technology has created a rock wall that can cover pipes lined up on low ceilings.

The logo design is a circle that expresses the vitality of water, and the side view of a duck sitting on the water and looking at the sunrise is a simple and soft line. The yellow circle, which expresses the sunrise year, has a hopeful meaning of Olisu's rising bright future. We selected typeface with the rhythm of water and combined it with a symbol.

Signage also expressed a story about water.
