During my time as the Marketing & Brand manager for Plan Tracker, I was involved in all aspects of the business – from ideation, design, copywriting and website design through to events, advertising, recruitment, customer & partnerships engagement, social media, copywriting, hosting webinars (you'll still find my face on the website replays), building the interactive chatbot & chat flows and more.
Having joined when the company was a very young startup (a team of 3), I played an integral role in the rapid expansion, scaling and success of the business.
I designed, built and deployed the website twice, making way for new features, a fresh look and feel and greater opportunity for lead generation, customer engagement and user journey.
Shortly after exiting my role with the team to pursue my freelance consulting full-time (you'll find me at Insightful Creative), the owner sold the business to a larger plan manager.
