The Commercial development is fit out following the natural flat slope. The building is split on three different levels which are carpark on basement, retails on the ground floor, which gives non-discriminatory access by the main stair or lift on the right side of the building, for the retails and first floor, where there are the offices and the lounge area that supply resting areas and dinner tables for either retails and offices. The services access in on the back of the building, on the side of the site from Queen Street. There is loading areas and access for the refuse bin area, lift and emergency exit. The vehicular access for the basement carpark is from the right side of the building at Lather Street.
