Zell am See-Kaprun Porsche Design Carafe 2.0
The Zell am See-Kaprun Porsche Design Carafe 2.0 set was designed to celebrate the heritage of Studio F. A. Porsche (previously known as Porsche Design Studio) in the town of Zell am See in Austria. The studio has been headquartered in Zell am See since its founding by Ferdinand Alexander Porsche, designer of the iconic Porsche 911, in 1972. The whole carafe set consists of a carafe, four glasses and a tray.
DESIGN
The design is inspired by the Alpine mountains surrounding the towns of Zell am See and Kaprun with its triangular form. In addition, the frosted base also symbolises the snow atop of the mountains.
