_the structural concept of the pavilion is supposed to reflect the flowing rivers that meet in Belgrade and their confluence. it is meant to be used as an exhibition space for art, but also provides space for performances and workshops. the whole structure is also sunken in the ground and covered by grass and dirt to create an artificial hill which provides more green space and that way does not disturb the natural landscape of the park where it is situated.
