Kharkov is one of the most densely populated cities in Ukraine, where people live a fast-paced lifestyle and architecture is mixed in many different styles. The main problem was to come up with an office building that would fit into the context of a neighborhood that already has existing buildings and a large shopping mall under construction, and also to take into account changes in pedestrian traffic and local residents' circulation patterns.

shaping
At the stage of shaping the main task was to fit the object into the surrounding development, while making the ground floor open space for people, because local residents have already created on the site of the projected area comfortable pedestrian routes and also had to take into account the development of these ways in the future shopping center Avantazh built.

The building blends harmoniously into the surrounding development, the shape of the office responds to the existing circumstances around the area.
Site and general plan
The ground and second floors contain common areas for both visitors and office workers: a cafe with a co-working area, a library, exhibition halls and conference rooms, and the functionality of the rooms is determined at the discretion of the tenants.

The main front is equipped with sunbreakers, which protect the rooms from overheating and accentuate the shape of the facade, creating a one-piece shape.
