I had the honor to work with the City of Charlotte/Government Center in the communication team of Stormwater services. Here is some projects I did with them.
Potluck event
we organized a potluck event where everyone working with us would bring a dish from his or a country of choice and share our experiences in different culture. We had flyers, Invitations, Online Sign Up Genius page and a table tent for the foods.
Adopt-A-Stream
Designed a signage for Adopt-A-Stream which is a volunteering mission to clean the streams of the city after the rain.
The challenge was to design something simple, easy to understand on a 45MPH street that would describe our city "Charlotte".
UBI_Utility Bill Insert
The Utility Bill Insert is a mailer sent to population to inform them about the storm water fee changes. I had to choose pictures that would make everyone feel included (young, adult, elders, black,white..) and incorporated Spanish for our large hispanic population.
Door Hanger
The door hangers are another communication method for Stormwater services to educate the population about storm water safety and maintenance measure made in their neighborhood.
I designed the door hanger for water quality with English and Spanish versions.
Citizen's Guide
The citizen's guide is a event promotion for Stormwater services that is given to guest and citizen's to educate them about stormwater, safety measure and pollution. This trifold booklet is a strong tool for a safe city.
