More than every 1/3 of food ends in trash can. My project is focused on wasting of fruit and vegetables - because here is the biggest amount of losses. This intelligent food container using electronic vacuum suction, detector of CO2 and adjustable temperature to keep content fresh as long as possible. Freshness of food is shown by colour of light.
Light goes from green to red colour how food becomes debased. The shape allow standing by two ways - just normal and upside down. Another advantage of shaping is stackability so you can store in containers many different types of vegetables and fruit. Plate is made of ceramic like Ultradur® (PBT). Rest of container is made of plastic and perspex. Plate is removable and washable and it has connical shape for interception of additional juices.
