BOSTANCI RESIDENCE PROJECT

İstanbul | 2019

The project area is located in Istanbul Kadıköy / Bostancı. The project, which was evaluated within the scope of urban transformation, was demolished and rebuilt after an existing building expired, while keeping the user needs, habits and potential of the land in the foreground. The project area, which is 500 m from the sea, sees the sea  after the 2nd floor. Due to the view of the façade facing the sea, the communication with the sea was kept alive by paying attention to the occupancy-space balance. A dynamic façade has been created that provides visual continuity with the glass, movable wooden canopies, and also allows sun shading and light plays.

One of the two parts of these composites is used as a green element and the other as a skylight.1 In the project, which consists of a basement, ground, and 12 normal floors, the ground floor concierge and common areas are designed as 10 normal floors 2+1 and 2 normal floors 3+1 apartments.
GOZTEPE HOUSING PROJECT

İstanbul | 2017

As a result of the shrinking flat areas and the inability to allocate space for the balcony, the plant areas were effective in the facade decisions. The wooden flower pots were designed to be movable in order to provide a dynamic view to the façade.1 Basement, floor,6 In the project, which consists of normal floors, the ground floor is designed as a commercial area, and the normal floors are designed as 3 + 1 apartments with 3 flats on the floor.
