The word Greenwich is a kind of neologism at the intersection of two associative planes. The first one is "green", denoting the main advantages of the object, close proximity to nature, favorable ecological situation. The second turns on associations with the Greenwich Meridian, the reference point of world time, and is related to the concept of geographical coordinates, latitude and longitude.

Together these attribute systems create an attractive image that combines the friendliness of the natural environment and some scientific image, which expresses another key point of positioning: the emphasis on the convenience of planning the residential environment.

Graphically the concept is represented by a color scheme and an imitation of recording coordinates in a sign, supported by the direct use of geodata of a residential complex in identity. The created identity laid the stylistic and figurative basis of the complex's appearance. The facades were designed in accordance with the visual aesthetics of the brand with the direct participation of the studio. The interior solutions developed in Paradox Box for common areas also support the idea of interpenetration of eco-friendly and ergonomic solutions.
