EMPATHY AT WORK
This illustrated project is a program developed by a Stanford University Professor, and it was designed to help people to practice empathy in the workplace. It teaches through a series of research-based techniques for better connecting with others. The core idea of the program is that empathy is like a muscle that anyone can build and strengthen through practice. Using a thread, that symbolizes the idea of a connection, that embraces the characters and objects, the illustrations work as visual metaphors that help understand each step of the process.
