The customer's idea was to get a house with strict straight lines of the facade and huge windows that reflect straight pine trunks. The house should be environmentally friendly and as modern as possible. The building is completely autonomous and runs on environmental energy sources. The geothermal pump provides uninterrupted heating in winter and cooling in summer. The climate control rod runs right through the center of the house and from it communications are bred to all rooms. During the construction of the building, Finnish vertically glued timber with a city angle was used.
