Digital Mockup of Glyph Art

These pieces were designed for a school project using 5-8 glyphs (numbers and letters), using each one once, and making sure there were two black and two white ones in each. The font used for the serif piece is Stempel Garamond and the sans serif is Neue Haas Grotesk Bold. 

This one is my favorite, using Stempel Garamond type with at least two black letters and two white letters. 

The focal point of this Neue Haas Grotesk composition is the 0 inside the 2, but I also love the way the L sandwiched between the M and m creates a couple of stripes to counteract the roundness of the 0 and 2.
