This project was a college assessment for Content Development.

The case study is about Betty's Bites. A cafe which is run by Amanda Shearer and Alex Titovaite. They both worked in women's prisons in the past and noticed most women who leave these places were unable to secure housing and a job.

In order to help with this issue, they offer paid training to ex-offenders who work at the cafe. Their main objective is to help these women gain employment in the catering industry.

The cafe also runs on a pay-what-you-can business model. There are no set prices on the menu and customers can pay what they can for their meals or not pay at all.

For this specific assessment we had to identify customers needs and create value-based content for them. Additionally, we had to use a SEO optimization tool, as well as create the website content using a content management system (Weebly).
