Placemaking Design: California State Long Beach Hydration Station
Immerse: Hydration Station Placemaking project.
This was a school project done in collaboration with one other person. The goal of this project was to create a space for a hydration station that would lead visitors, students, faculty and such to the hydration station located at Cal State University Long Beach. This project was done in collaboration with the art department, recreation department and architects working for the school.
Our concept was to create something that symbolizes sustainability. We also wanted it to be practical, cost efficent, durable, feasible, sustainable and be low maintenance.
