Regenerating Project Inputs and Outputs to adapt, sustain and innovate
Regenerative Design (RED) Model for Problem-solving
To navigate my way across disciplines and solve complex problems, I tend to apply a systemic perspective and approach. The RED model sums up my approach to define and solve a “problem” or “challenge.

Rejecting a cut-and-paste problem-solving mindset, nurturing a vision-driven culture for continuous exploration and learning through failure are crucial for this approach to develop adaptable, sustainable and innovative solutions.
This model is built upon the Design Thinking process but emphasizes on the synthesis of collective knowledge built upon research study as well as continuous development of each team member.

The RED model is not meant to create a cumbersome work process; Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Lean and Sprint methods are applicable, but adaptation and scalability are required to respond fluidly to variable conditions and contexts.

Note: More information about the RED model can be discussed offline.
