As part of my dissertation on bespoke 3D printed implants I used CT scan data of a leg to isolate the sciatic nerve, in order to model and 3D print a bespoke nerve conduit that closely resembles the scale and anatomy of a patient. This model was later printed ina PHA/PLA filament blend.
