The logo design used gives off a minimalist feel overall. The logo is supposed to represent 'buildings' or 'houses' in a simple and minimal way. The logo works well with different colours and is very scalable. To design the logo I used adobe illustrator to digitize the sketches and to manipulate the vector.

The colour scheme used throughout is supposed to invoke feelings of security, stability (dark blue), warmth, energy (yellow & orange) and calmness (blue green). It is important for a company in this sector to project feelings of security and stability, as this may help to influence clients and get them on board.

As mentioned earlier, the logo design is very scalable and works will with a number of colours.

The font used throughout the design is simple, easy to understand and very readable. For accessibility reasons it is important to have readable text, so that it is easy for people who struggle to read, to interpret.
