The light reflecting on the water's surface sometimes creates magical and curious images.
We usually associate the ocean with the blue color. But actually, the blue does not come from the water. It comes from the atmosphere. :) The atmosphere scatters the blue light. That's why our sky is blue during the day. That blue light reflects on the surface of the water. That's why it shows that beautiful blue color. In this publication, I'm posting pictures that I took from the bank of River Minho in Laias (Galicia, Spain). On this day, there was no wind, so the water surface was acting almost like a perfect mirror. It made such beautiful reflection effects that I had to take pictures of it. The last photo was taken near Peña Trevinca (Galicia, Spain). We can see the sky reflecting on the surface of another river that I don't know the name of (I apologize for that...).
I hope that you enjoyed it.

Thank you for your visit. :)
