Sensory grotesque
This series of illustrations is called "sensory grotesque". The illustrations express human senses in an abstract and grotesque style, including touch, smell, hearing, vision, taste and human feelings, and explore the magic of all kinds of senses. This series of inspiration mainly comes from my strong curiosity about all kinds of senses and the wonderful experience they bring. I want to explore how the senses connect human beings with everything, so that people have a direct perception and cognition of the world.
Therefore, the theme creates "sense" in the form of grotesque, aiming to restore the connection between human and sense and the connection between sense and the world by means of variation and exaggeration.
