A cable car transports a crane with sotrage buckets into the water and fills the buckets whic then transports water back to the communities homes. The Water tower/ funnel system drains through tubes which are connected through the interior and exterior of all the homes. Interior tubes are loacted in rooms where water is used. * Passive hot water panels are attached to funnel system, water is modified to room temparature or higher degrees.*
