Design concept belongs to SA.

This 3-storey house operates from the second floor where guests are welcomed by water feature next to the foyer.

The main facade area consist of arrangement of 3-layered louvre to cover two kid bedroom, which placed at the cantilever area of this house. Vertical wood louvres are used to block vision from street level and filter incoming sunlight.

It leads directly to double height living room with veneer-coated concrete spiral stair when people pass by. Double height Living room connected with dry kitchen emphasize its own space to make it more spacious. 

From Living, Dining, Kitchen, we are provided with full glass wall to enjoy the backyard of the house.
