This project consists of a set of two compositions developed with the use of glyphs. The first composition was created with a sans-serif font (Neue Haas Grotesque Bold), and the second one, with a serif font (Stemple Garamond Roman).

In the process of building each composition, a minimum of five glyphs were used. At least two of those glyphs had to be white and at least two had to be black. The compositions were also developed with the use of basic design principles like focal point, scale contrast, symmetry, negative space, etc.; therefore, a good command of these principles has to be reflected in each composition.

Another important part of the project was for the artist to become familiar with the anatomy of the letters, and that is why, at least five different elements of the anatomy of the glyphs used had to be identified in the final compositions.
