Engaged by Altis, we were tasked with delivering a commercial leasing campaign to leverage the location and scale of its Salmon Street asset in Port Melbourne. Our campaign strategy highlighted the Victoria government’s urban renewal plan for the area, and University of Melbourne’s recent commitment to open a world-class engineering campus nearby.
A Property Identity Built Around The Future Opportunity
We were challenged with the task of creating a brand identity that would roll out across leasing and marketing collateral to assist in attracting new and innovative clientele for the property. This was achieved firstly through strategic workshops to uncover the key messaging pillars. From this discovery work, it was clear that communications should clearly emphasise the iconic location of the property, surrounding amenities and driving the message of ‘innovation and forward-thinking’ throughout our collateral and campaign visual assets and imagery.
Building identity and wayfinding signage threads the brand throughout the building.
