The Basement Internship Rebranding

As an intern for The Basement - An Integrated Agency during the summer of 2021, I got the opportunity to rebrand the internship program itself. 

The Challenge | To elevate The BSMNT Internship Program through a storytelling, visual identity in the hopes of attracting the highest caliber of students who have finished at least their sophomore year in college, and including recent graduates.

The Solution | The Basement Refinery. A place where students or recent grads come in with the grit and background to refine their skills to the best they can be. Through the duration of the program, they will touch all aspects of agency life. They will find mentorship. They will hone their skills to find where they can flex their design muscles. The Refinery visual identity captures this process and inclusivity while appealing to the young professional searching to dive into the agency world.
