System of ground pontoon rise buildings during floods
In the modern world of climate change, the issue of the preservation of human life and safe living arises most pointedly, that can be dealt with efficiently by accessible and relatively inexpensive means of the engineering training of buildings and structures.
I am the project initiator. The idea of creating the project appeared in 2016 from scratch. The optimal form of pontoon boxes was revealed by comparing the principles of ship displacement, strength characteristics and other criteria.
This concept means using the principle of the displacement of the vessel. The system used pontoons mounted under low-rise residential or public building to protect the tenants, the building and the property when flooding caused by heavy rainfall, intense melting of ice, seasonal river flooding, sea-level rise.
The concept is applicable to buildings, mainly having in the constructional foundation the metal frame and the system of light timber-framed panels.
In a vertical position on the proposed system design of piles, it is possible lift of the building much higher than three meters.
Pontoon units are encouraged to produce a recycled, used plastic products by recycling and further industrial molding, 3D printing products. Thus this system gives impetus to the development of the construction sector print accessories of safety houses and purposeful collection of plastic waste in those countries where this has not been given due attention. There is an opportunity to introduce standardized used plastic products. It is also possible to produce boxes of metal, composite materials. The house is equipped with a system of autonomous existence.
