Idea:
3D printed replica dinosaur bones would be buried in public park sandboxes across the GTA. It would give the kids excitement and wonderment as they stumble across and uncover the bones. They would feel like real palaeontologist and excitedly run back to their parents. Through word of mouth and internet forums, excitement of the event would spread across the GTA. That mixed with the buckets reaching both adults and kids.
Our “care package” bucket would be handed out on corners of well known busy intersections and choke points to maximize foot traffic reach. Each bucket would come with a set of “palaeontologist brushes” , a toy shovel and a flyer for our new upcoming exhibit at the ROM with date details.
