College Housing: A Social Gradient
A Project to accomidate every students needs...
This Project was developed to meet personal housing condition needs of all the different types of students in college housing. By developing a "Social Gradient" over the site the needs of intraverted students to extraverted students are met, on one end the housing has less connections to social spaces and is more isolated, while on the other end has more connections to social spaces and there is more networking of circulation in these areas. The "Social Spaces"(i.e. Studio space, Game rooms, Study rooms, Kitchens, Common rooms.) are givin different values of attraction and repulsion which deform and create different living conditions across the Dormitory.
