Description:
The task was to create a project for the reconstruction of the building of the specialized motor transport of OAO "Kashtan" on the Lepeshinsky st. in Gomel. As a result of reconstruction 3 functional blocks were set up in the building: a hotel - in the former four-storey administrative building, a restaurant - on the first and second floors of the former specialized motor transport building, and office space with coworkings and lecture halls - on the third floor of the same building.
