The landscape planting will reflect the client's desire for a relaxed, casual feel for the home which will serve as a weekend getaway by utilizing masses of plants native to the Coachella Valley. The layout will be informal and will provide seasonal color. Berms of sand have been created to add height to an otherwise flat lot, and to give extra height to the planting which will help provide privacy in front of the bedroom windows.
