The project was an ecological design in search of the best rating acording to the LEED standar, focused on saving energy and managing the temperature with the creation of a system where the rainwater would be used as water for irrigation of the gardens, both vertical and horizontal.

The client wants an efficient geometrical form wich help us to get differences in the options of the apartments and also we could use the LEED knowledge to deal with ecological and internal ambient conditions

The client desire a variety of options in the form of apartments, with the geometrical architecture this was easy, and we simplify the problems using a floor type.
Office plans
The project were created mixed use, to get advantage of the amazing position in the city, this is the floor type of the offices, this add a bit o challenge in the planification of the parking lot, and other areas.
The parking plans require a special details, looking for the best way to apply the LEED standards and engage it with the municipality laws, this was important due to improve conditions for the minorities and promote the use of eco-friendly vehicles.
Green areas
The covered terrace was important, not only for the people who would live there, but also the green areas that LEED required and rules of the government department that we had to achieve unifing.
We have a very specific amount of green area that we must take care of, the paths and space for outdoor activities were planned considering this.
The energetic analysis also needed a complete count of the areas and a categorisation by use of each one.

The project includes the energetic analysis using Insight from Autodesk, gave us a clear idea of performance of the temperature in the edification.
